Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Once the item(s) have been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 working days.

We process and pack orders almost immediately upon receipt, so please send us a message as soon as possible below, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If your order has already been processed, you can return it for a refund as soon as you receive it.

First of all, we're sorry you've received a faulty item! Please request a refund or replacement by contacting us at support@koodiebaby.com within 7 days of receiving the faulty item.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from receipt of your item to request a return. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. See our return policy for more details.

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 4 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests to cancel orders after the first 4-hour deadline cannot be accepted.
